Everyone, on their own blog, is entitled to at least one narcissistic post, all about them and how they do things. This is mine. It’s been so long in the making that this is now the third time I completely changed half of what’s in it and I need to retake all the screenshots—usually I get to the screenshotting phase and don’t make it beyond there. This time I’m starting with the words, to see if that makes any difference. I actually write so much that this is the first of three such posts, but the second may be a long way off.

There’s been some talk (not much, but some) about a new OS X interface, replacing and/or augmenting Aqua. (According to John Gruber, this may or may not be codenamed Marble.) There’s a pretty-looking screenshot on AppleInsider, but this is not at all confirmation. As proof, here’s how to make your very own screenshot of Marble.
